- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- During periods of high demand or promotions, processing times may be extended slightly.
Delivery Estimates
Once processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States (Standard Shipping): 5–7 business days
- United States (Expedited Shipping): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 10–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Shipping Costs

International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.
- Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned, delayed, or destroyed. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- If multiple items are ordered, they may ship separately depending on availability.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking information shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
- For added protection, we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout when available.
