At NUTRIVAZE™, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • To process a claim, please provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once approved, you may choose a replacement (shipped within 3 business days) or a refund/store credit.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, credits, or replacements cannot be provided if:

  • An incorrect or insufficient shipping address was provided.
  • The shipment was unclaimed or refused by the customer.
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The product has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.
  • The package was marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported missing or stolen.
  • Customs rejected the order or duties/taxes were not paid.
  • A cancellation was requested after the order had already been prepared for shipment.

International Customers

Some jurisdictions (such as the EU) provide a 14-day cooling-off period. If applicable, this right is valid only if you accept delivery of the goods. Refusing delivery does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

  2. Reason for return/claim
  3. Photos (if applicable)
